Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occasionally occur during busy periods or due to customs procedures.

Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on the destination, parcel weight and selected shipping method.

Responsibility During Delivery

• When tracking confirms that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.

• Please check your delivery address carefully. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
